- The Company provides fenced, gated, and well-lit parking; however, we do not guarantee complete security or protection against theft, loss, or damage.
- The Company is not responsible for personal property, vehicles, trailers, or cargo stored on the premises.
5. Liability & Indemnification
- By using our facility, you agree that 200 Evitt Parkway, its owners, managers, and employees are not liable for any damage, loss, theft, injury, or death resulting from your use of the premises.
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 200 Evitt Parkway and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions while on the property.

- Customers must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to regulations set forth by the City of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, and the State of Tennessee.
